  1. Find a provider in your area from our provider list (select from over 62,000 Dentists).

  2. Apply online you will immediately receive a CAREINGTON Temporary ID BY EMAIL with in 3-5 minutes (check your email).

  3. Schedule your dentist appointment with a CAREINGTON Provider AS SOON AS POSSIBLE during their normal business hours.

  4. Take your CAREINGTON Temporary ID with you to your appointment.

  5. Your Dentists will contact the Sales Office number on your CAREINGTON Temporary ID to validate your membership.

  6. Contact us during normal business hours at (800)372-7615 so we can explain the program and help you as soon as possible (see below normal hours below).
